Job DutiesAssist in the preparation and review of marketing materials, transactional documents, research materials and other documentation incidental to the corporate finance transactions, with a focus on initial public offeringsConduct due diligence work for initial public offering and other types of corporate finance transactionsCommunicate with clients, professional parties, regulators and other internal business unitsAssist in the provision of advice on transactions regarding valuation, structuring, financial, legal, regulatory and commercial aspectsProvide other marketing, research, transactional and administrative supportRequirementsBachelor degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields preferredAt least 5 years' relevant experience in corporate financeFamiliar with rules and regulations in relation to initial public offering and corporate finance transactions in generalStrong commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamworkExcellent presentation and communication skillsFluent in Chinese (Mandarin) verbal communication and proficient in Chinese and English writingWilling to travel frequently to the PRC for business purposeWe offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates.
