How Will You Make An ImpactYou will provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and HR best practices, with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations:Support employees by providing information and assistance throughout the employment lifecycle. Use own initiative and considered judgment to answer queries and make suggestions in line with the policies and legal frameworkAnswer queries and provide basic practical advice to managers and employees in relation to policies and proceduresPromote a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication.HR AdministrationProvide guidance on HR operational procedures.Ensure all operational administration is carried out correctly based on the employee journey, including Emboarder, Workday, SAP and other HR tools.Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentialityPerformance ManagementAdminister the performance management process, providing guidance to managers on setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.Identify performance gaps and develop performance improvement plans to address individual and team performance issues.Support the development and implementation of performance-based compensation programs.Monitor the training PlanTalent ManagementPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Participate in the selection process, including interviewing and assessing candidates.Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees are successfully integrated into the organization.Europe project supportSupport the European HR team with project management including meeting setup, preparation documents, takes minutes of the project meetings and share information with relevant stakeholders.What Are We Looking ForHolding a university degree, a Federal Diploma as a Human Resources specialist, or an equivalent qualification, you have at least 8 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an retail / regional or HQ environment and you have the advantage of mastering common IT tools and ERP systems.Required CompetenciesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal in EnglishFlexible and easy to adopt to a new environment and situationEnthusiasm for working within a team environmentTact and professionalism when it comes to handling confidential information and addressing employee concernsEntrepreneurial Spirit & InnovationCustomer FocusLearning Culture & Self-managementStrong attention to detailRequired SkillsProficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easilyRequired: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Preferred: SAP, WorkdayKnowledge of Swiss labor lawsWhat Do We OfferAt Cartier, you will be part of a community bound by a strong sense of responsibility, where connection, collaboration, and collective spirit thrive.We empower individual talents, united by a shared commitment to excellence, inspired by the world's diverse cultures, to respect and enrich our unique heritage.
