About the Role: CDhorizon FZE is seeking a highly skilled and proactive HSE Officer to ensure the safe and compliant dispatch of equipment and personnel to oil and gas sites across the region. This role is critical in maintaining the highest health, safety, and environmental standards while supporting seamless operations and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all dispatched equipment meets client-specific HSE requirements for oil and gas sites. Review and implement necessary equipment modifications as per industry and client standards (e. g. , ADNOC & other major operators). Coordinate third-party inspections, certifications, and load-out readiness before mobilization.
Conduct HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talks for operational staff and technicians. Verify medical fitness, certifications, and compliance of all personnel prior to site deployment. Perform risk assessments, safety audits, and yard inspections to mitigate hazards before dispatch. Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports for audits and compliance. Liaise with client HSE teams to ensure alignment with project safety protocols. Requirements: 3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in oil & gas operations or equipment dispatch. Strong knowledge of equipment handling, certifications, and dispatch procedures. Familiarity with ADNOC, OPCO, and other major operator HSE standards.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory). Experience in third-party inspections, permits, and compliance documentation. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work across teams. Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
