Join our Customer Service Operations team as CABIN CREW RECORDS & ADMIN and create meaningful moments and connections for our passengers. Visit our careers site to learn more about how your moment matters at Cebu Pacific: CEB Careers SitePRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Updates and Follow-Ups: Update APE results (Fit to Fly Certificate) and Medical Certificates in AIMS; ensure scanning and filing. Coordinate with HRD on maternity and sick leave attendance and check-ins. Documentation and Communication: Prepare and encode APE request letters, Fit to Fly Certificates, and official letters for resigned Cabin Crew. Email People Department for timely distribution of uniforms and equipment.

Uniforms and Equipment Management: Oversee distribution and monthly inventory of crew uniforms and accessories; ensure accurate deliveries and receipt filing. Fun Flight Prizes: Manage fun flight prizes, including documentation of damages and weekly monitoring to prevent losses. Database Management: Update Cabin Crew information in AIMS, including API registration, visa, and bank details. Visa and Compliance: Handle Chinese Visa applications and assist with regulatory manual submissions; ensure distribution of updates to all relevant personnel. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduate of a bachelor's degree - preferably in psychology, business administration, tourism management or any related fieldPreferably with 2-4 years administrative experience in an airline industryMust have intermediate to advance proficiency in MS Office applicationsMust be a good communicator (verbal and written) with good interpersonal skills; can deal and manage different personalities Must be organized (with a keen attention for details) and comfortable working within timelines/deadlinesNote: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
