Contracts Management Conducts contract analysis with supervision from the Manager or Director of the Section, ensuring that all provisions are in accordance with accepted proposal from counterparty Conducts contract draft review with supervision from the Manager, ensuring all pending items are consulted with end-users and that all stated data are correct Manages the Contracts Database of EFM, ensuring that contracts are valid and information is accurate and up-to date for successive processes of the department Ensures that contract provisions uploaded in AMOS are accurate and up-to-date Identifies contractual requirements and coordinates with Finance Analyst in preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) Assists Manager in providing insight on contract queries raised by EFM business unit heads Assists Manager in communicating issues and concerns with internal customers and external parties Assists Manager in evaluating continuance of contracts for renewal Monitors contractual obligations of EFM Oversees the archive of hard and soft copies of the fully executed contracts Qualifications:
