Visit our careers site to learn more about how your moment matters at Cebu Pacific: CEB Careers SitePrimary Responsibilities: Monitor and oversee line maintenance activities during the shift, ensuring alignment with the maintenance plan.
Track and assess aircraft fleet status, identifying potential AOG situations through close coordination with Operations, support departments, and the Approved Maintenance Organization. Manage deferred defects and MEL/CDL items, monitoring recurring issues and their rectification progress. Provide real-time updates to the Network Control Center (NCC) Operations Team, informing them of emerging defects and maintenance concerns, along with their impact on operations and aircraft limitations. Evaluate maintenance activities on line aircraft, liaising with maintenance providers to assess operational risks and recommend actions if flight disruptions are imminent.
Qualifications Must hold a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related engineering field Minimum of six (6) years’ experience as an Engineer A in Line and Base Maintenance, or as a Line Mechanic A Experience as a Maintenance Controller is an advantage PRC Aeronautical Engineer License is preferred Why Join Us: We are the first Great Place to Work ® certified airline in Southeast Asia.
