Within the Business Solutions division, we are looking for a new colleague who can provide support to our Project Managers. What you will do: As a Project Management Assistant, you are responsible for the administrative preparation at the start of the project.
After the start-up, you support the Project Managers in reporting on the status of the project. You will actively monitor the accuracy of resource planning in collaboration with the Project Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that project team members follow procedures (e. g. , monitoring time registrations, delivering certain documents). You will maintain the various solutions that form part of our project management methodology. You will document everything meticulously and report on it to the Project Manager, acting as an extra pair of eyes and ears for him/her. What you need to succeed:
An enthusiastic, proactive, and communicative team player. You take initiative and can work independently, you have an eye for detail, and you can set priorities. Bringing structure is second nature to you! You are creative, think in terms of solutions, and can handle stress and change well. You have a thorough knowledge of Office 365. You also have experience with software solutions that ensure the follow-up of tasks. You have a bachelor's or master's degree and experience in a similar position.
