Job Summary: As a Program Manager within the Customer Focus Team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations planning for a major semiconductor equipment client. This role ensures smooth coordination from order intake to on-time product delivery, supporting client success and strengthening business partnership. Key Responsibilities: Master Production Schedule (MPS) Management: Review the customerās FCST and sync the MPS with ERP systemReview the impacted material demand and inventory analysisReview the capacity vs demandCustomer Escalation and Business Communication:
Analyze the customerās order and FCST change and escalation to the customerPPPC control ā For customerās Push, Pull, Place, Cancel Orders and FCSTs, it needs to analyze and escalate to the customerJob Order Management: Manage the job order schedule and launch control to the manufacturing teamRelease/rectify the manufacturing documents to the production linesSales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) Management: Weekly analysis and report the sales demand vs inventory/supply of OPOReduce the Excess & Obsolete material cost and implementationWeekly Operation KPI and Report: Support the weekly operation KPI and operation report when it required internallyRequirements:
Bachelorās Degree in STEM4-7 years of experience in sales operations, program management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industryNPI (New Product Transition) Project Management experience advantageousNPI management advantageousStrong project management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
