This role involves planning, filming, and editing emotionally intelligent and visually elevated content for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You will be producing short-form content such as Reels and TikToks that are both refined and engaging, as well as long-form video such as YouTube episodes, interviews, behind-the-scenes series, and educational content. You will work closely with the founder and wider creative team to ensure all visual content reflects our core design values, tone, and world-class presentation. The position will include regular on-site filming in the studio, on installations, and at events and locations throughout London.
What We Are Looking For: You must have at least five years of experience as a videographer or content creator, ideally within the luxury interiors, fashion, hospitality, or lifestyle industries. You should be able to demonstrate clear experience working with high-profile or large-following digital brands or individuals, with strong visual storytelling across both short and long formats. We are looking for someone who can show us successful social media work and high-performing or viral video content they have helped create. Please include video links, screenshots, or a breakdown of the projects you contributed to.
You must have a deep understanding of pacing, atmosphere, elegance, and how to evoke feeling through visual content. You must be highly proficient in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects, and able to handle colour grading, audio balancing, and format adaptations. You must also be based in the UK with a valid right to work, or eligible for full-time sponsorship, and be available to work from our London studio five days a week. What We Offer: You will be joining a warm, intellectually driven, and creatively ambitious team.
This role offers the chance to contribute to work that reaches a global audience, inspires thoughtful design, and reflects a meaningful visual world. You will have opportunities to film in beautiful locations and work on high-impact content that is rooted in emotional depth and refined storytelling. This is a full-time in-person role and is not suited to remote or part-time applicants.
