Apply now and let's shape the future together at BasqueVolt!Requisitos:RequirementsThe Cell Assembly Process Engineer should have experience in the development and manufacturing of lithium-ion battery, ideally within a corporate organization.Specifically, we will assess expertise in the following aspects:Degree in Mechanical Engineering.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Li-ion battery manufacturing. Experience in battery products (LFP / NMC cathode, graphite anode, etc...).Good understanding of the various product and process constraints related to the battery field.Experience in mechanical piece assembly and stress expertise. Proven experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience designing and executing mechanical modifications or equipment upgrades.Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyKnowledge of Lean tools (5S, VSM, SMED, TPMetc…) and/or Six Sigma methodologies.Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skillsApplicants should be fluent in English. Spanish or any other European language will be a plus.Nice to have: CAD familiarity and experience with automation or industrial controls systems.
