About The JobWe are seeking a highly motivated Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team immediately or at a mutually agreed time. As the ideal candidate you have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to directly contribute to our strategic goals, reporting to the Executive Board and playing a key role in shaping our interactions within the European financial ecosystem and beyond.

You will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, fostering innovation partnerships, and positioning Celsion Finance as a leader in the fintech industry. Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an innovative marketing strategy that includes digital, social media, PR, and content creation. Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target customer segments. Utilize analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies and ensure marketing objectives align with business goals. Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI across all channels.

Operate hands-on in executing online marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
