About The JobThe Senior Operations Specialist is a key member of the Operations team, responsible for the smooth and compliant execution of day-to-day processes across digital asset and fiat services. This includes managing custody, settlements, staking operations, reconciliations, and external partnerships. While the primary focus is "Run the Bank", the role also contributes to "Build the Bank" initiatives by supporting continuous improvements in systems and workflows. Your ResponsibilitiesProcess and monitor digital asset transfers (inbound/outbound) and ensure secure handling of internal wallet transactions in coordination with custody providers.
Process and oversee domestic and international FIAT payments, coordination with internal departments and banking partners to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards. Execute and confirm settlements for crypto trades and OTC transactions, including collaboration with counterparties and trading desks to ensure timely and accurate processing. Maintain accurate client and transactional data in the core banking platform and prepare internal and regulatory reports as required. Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of client and proprietary positions across digital asset wallets, traditional bank accounts, and internal systems. Oversee staking transactions and rewards distribution and coordinate staking service providers.
Act as a point of contact for external partners (custodians, payment providers, tech vendors) including escalation and resolving of operational issues. Support in identifying and implementing process optimizations and contribution to new products. What You OfferRequired qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsHigher education such as FH/University in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent work experience. Professional experience of at least 5 years in Operations within a bank is a mustKnowledge of payments services and reconciliation workflows. Good understanding of digital asset infrastructure, wallets, and blockchain technologies. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experienced Core-Banking-System knowledge.
Highly organized with attention to detail and risk awareness and a service-oriented mindset.
