Center Logistics Planning Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities :Monitor and coordinate the logistics of inbound and outbound operations including CPO/CPKO and its derivatives by working closely with Sourcing team, plant PPIC and traders.Communicate and put into plan up-to-date forecast of incoming CPO/CPKO from sourcing purchases, integrate with upstream volume and ensure maximum utilization of the refinery and optimization of inventory turnaround for Apical group.Monitor and manage the physical inventory of the plant at all times to avoid unplanned downtime and start-stop of refinery due to insufficient CPO/CPKO or tank top situation.Manage and allocate shipment to destinations with the best value covering full end to end supply chain.Coordinate and set priorities for production, operations and shipment line-up, such as local Indonesia obligation (biodiesel and cooking oil), added value products (certified sustainable and/or special quality), downstream FF and Oleo, etc.Monitor and keep up-to-date position of all certified sustainable, physically and mass balance bookkeeping i.e. RSPO, ISCC, INS. EUDR, MOSH-MOAH, etc. Ensure compliance with certification at all times and capability to fulfil end to end operations to market these value added products.Engage in continuous improvement efforts such as integration of CLP planning into Apical Integrated Control System (ICS).Always be diligent and ensure all source of data to be updated and working from a single source of truth.Job Requirement :A Bachelor Degree in the related job field.Preferably with minimum 3 years of related experience.Preferably has basic Science background and strong in Maths.
