This contributes to the development of Total Wellbeing for both students and families.Key Responsibilities:Creating an Amazing Student & Customer ExperiencePut student & customer care front and center—ensuring our students and parents feel valued, heard, and wow with their experience.Manage daily operations, coordinate class schedules, re-enrollments, and testing processes to ensure smooth operations and quality learning.Keep track of center performance with regular reports, and be ready to share updates and insights that keep us moving forward.Keeping Operations Smooth & On-BrandEnsure Total’s welcoming environment shines through, from the cleanliness of classrooms to the welcoming look of our spaces.Safeguard our assets, manage cash safely, and keep everything in top condition for students and staff.Work closely with other teams to support marketing initiatives and keep the center running smoothly.Leading Center Success & GrowthSet with BOD and reach revenue and enrollment goals that help Total thrive sustainably. Your insights will help attract new students and grow our local presence.Help students and families understand the Total philosophy by understanding their needs and building creative outreach plans to deliver.Work with marketing team & academic team to host fun and meaningful events that make students feel welcomed and excited to learn.Inspiring & Growing Your TeamLead, coach, and support your team in reaching their full potential.
