About The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on and driven Central Operations Manager to lead our Norwegian Central Operations team – the hub connecting first, middle, and last-mile logistics for both our Box and Home services.You’ll play a key role in one of Instabee’s largest and fastest-growing markets, ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and at scale. With strong growth foundations already in place, this is the time to push the pace – driving continuous improvements, supporting expansion, and building a structure that can grow with us.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on combining strategy and execution, and who wants to make a real impact in shaping how millions of parcels move across Norway.Some of the things you will doLead, coach, and develop a Central Operations team of sixTake ownership of team results, including cost, quality, and delivery performanceIdentify, prioritise, and drive improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency and scalabilityEnsure risk management processes and operational routines are in place and followedAlign strategies and daily operations with Instabee’s long-term goals and targetsCollaborate closely with Operations, Tech, and Commercial teams to secure seamless performanceEnsure recruitment, onboarding, and capability development so the team has the right resources to succeedYour future teamYou’ll join a dedicated and ambitious Central Operations team based in Oslo.
