Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CSSD Technician located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
As a CSSD Technician, you will be responsible for decontaminating, inspecting, assembling, packaging, and sterilizing surgical instruments and medical equipment. Your daily tasks will include performing infection control processes, ensuring the operating room has sterile and functional tools, maintaining accurate records, and understanding medical terminology associated with your duties.
Qualifications Skills in Decontamination and Infection ControlProficiency in Sterilization processes and Medical TerminologyExperience with Operating Room protocols and proceduresAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanlinessAbility to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentRelevant certifications or training in sterile processing or a related fieldPrevious experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage
