The CEO will be responsible for:Overseeing our continent wide retreat series in 2026, covering at least 7 countries across EuropeOverseeing our multiple free online event series throughout the fall and winter, as well as exploring feasibility for Premium online events. Designing new classes and courses for our Wellness Institute, both online and in-personExploring feasibility for Wellness conferences and Summits in major EU cities. Oversee the Coaching CoalitionThis is a co-founder role, meaning no starting salary, but instead a revenue sharing arrangement for all Events, Classes, Courses, and eventually corporate contracts and a membership model.
