This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our Italian CEO–Country Head and contributing to strategic projects that shape the future of our organization and Company as well.Location: LANXESS S.r.l., Segrate (Segreen Business Park), ItalyContract: Permanent | Hybrid Office SetupWhy This Role Matters:As CEO Assistant and HR Support, you will be at the heart of our operations—ensuring seamless executive support while driving initiatives in Corporate, Communication, Compliance, Governance, and HR. Your work will directly impact company goals and foster collaboration across teams operative in Segrate (Milan, Italy) and the Latina Plant (Latina, Italy).What You’ll Do:CEO Assistant :Manage calendars, correspondence, meetings, presentations, and business travel with precision and professionalism.Be the Key contact with our HQ / Board Member Assistants./Act as the key liaison with Chemicals and Industrial associations, the German Chamber of Commerce, and other stakeholders.Support compliance processes and governance activities, including Board and Shareholding meetings, proxy, and other legal documentation.Organize high-profile events, conferences, rollouts, and management team business meetings.Collaborate with:Finance, Procurement on administrative processes IT for Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence projectsEng. Serv. Dept. for the Plant remediation project.Communication:Drive internal communication initiatives with HR. Manage external projects with Corporate Communications and local Media.Manage content for Intranet/XNet Italy and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).Translation from ENG to ITA and from DE to ITA of internal documentation, policies, procedures, newspaper articles, etc.Coordinate events and engagement activities with internal and external partners.HR Support:Oversee HR operations: training, employee dossiers, surveys, medical checks, and payments.Ensure smooth local onboarding and assist in recruitment processes.Support industrial labor relations with the local work council and trade unions.Contribute to HR projects at local and EMEA level (Performance Culture, Diversity, Health Management, Hybrid Work).What We’re Looking For:Education: University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent; Master’s preferred).Languages: Fluent English (mandatory); German is a plus.Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role within a multinational environment.Skills: Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.Hands-on approach with ownership and accountability.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), SAP myHR and SAP 4/Hana is a plus.Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.Bonus: Degrees in civil law (with experience in corporate & labor law) or in languages are an advantage.Why Join LANXESS?At LANXESS, talent matters.
