We’ve added 10+ new data sources, built an AI automation platform with 1,000+ integrations, and positioned ourselves as one of the most exciting SaaS companies in Europe.What you’ll doLead and deliver strategic initiatives and business-critical projects across functions.Lead and own projects within growth, efficiency, and AI - from idea to executionManage and improve the company’s operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, reporting, and goal setting.Own financial analysis and KPI tracking across departments.Negotiate and execute strategic deals with partners and suppliers, including major purchases.Prepare and present materials for board, investor, and partner meetings.Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring decisions turn into execution and results.Who We’re Looking ForA Master’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.At least 3-5 years of experience in leadership or project management roles, preferably from management consulting, investment banking, or operational leadership in a fast-growing company.Demonstrated experience in hiring, coaching, and when necessary, offboarding team members.Experience negotiating major strategic deals with partners, vendors, and suppliers.A strong track record of delivering high-impact projects and mobilizing teams across functions.Exceptional analytical skills and an interest in SaaS, data, and AI.The ability to combine structure and attention to detail with a hands-on, “get-things-done” mentality.Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.We’re looking for a proven leader with strong business acumen, a hands-on approach, and the ability to create clarity and drive results in a fast-paced environment.AI first mindsetWe’re not looking for someone who simply uses AI.
