CEO Credit Cards Business, Mexico

Relocation to Mexico.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a compelling product vision and strategy for our digital credit card offerings in Mexico.Manage the responsibility of P&L.Drive product innovation, leveraging fintech trends, customer insights, and regulatory frameworks.Define and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless digital-first customer experience.Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and responsible lending practices.Optimize product performance through data-driven decision-making and A/B testing. Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in credit cards and digital payments.Manage the Business Unit team and the lifecycle of 3 Agile teams.Requirements:Proven experience as CPO, VP of Product at Fintech, Banking, Digital banking.Deep expertise in Credit Cards and digital financial products.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to optimize product performance and drive user growth.Hands-on experience with digital onboarding, risk management, and customer lifecycle optimization.Track record of launching and scaling successful financial products in competitive markets.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory; will be assessed during the interview), Spanish is plus.
