The Group combines technological expertise, operational insight and commercial execution to deliver solutions across complex aquaculture value chains.GroAqua’s UK operation, based in Inverness - Scotland, plays a central role in this international platform. From Inverness, the company delivers services, technology and project capabilities to leading aquaculture players across the Nordic region and beyond. The business acts both as a competence and technology hub and as a commercial driver within the Group.We are now seeking a new CEO to lead GroAqua UK into its next phase of development and growth.The RoleAs CEO, you will have full responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the UK business. You will lead a company operating in complex value chains, serving major aquaculture players across the Nordics and internationally.The role requires the ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on operational leadership. You will further strengthen the company’s position as a trusted partner to leading aquaculture companies, while driving profitable growth and developing new commercial opportunities across markets.Key Responsibilities IncludeFull P&L responsibilityStrategic and operational leadership of the companyFurther development of organization, structure and execution capabilityStrengthening the company’s role as a competence and technology hub within the GroupCommercial development and growth across sea-based and land-based aquaculture segmentsActively fostering a strong working environment and creating the conditions for a high-performing cultureBuilding leadership capability and ensuring alignment across teams and geographiesActive collaboration and synergy development across GroAqua GroupRelationship building with key customers, partners and stakeholdersWe are looking for a unifying and commercially strong leaderGroAqua UK consists of highly competent engineers, technical specialists and project professionals.
