CEO Office / Digital Transition Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Transformation Lead to drive and oversee the Group’s digital transformation roadmap. This role is responsible for defining and implementing digital transition strategies that align with corporate goals and priorities, while fostering innovation and operational excellence across business units.Level: Mid Level ManagerReports to: CEO Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred, • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, or technology-driven change management, • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications, • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders, • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, • Fluent in English; proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI tools), • Experience in working within a corporate or holding structure is a plus.Responsibilities • Lead and monitor the Group’s digital transformation roadmap in line with strategic objectives, • Define and implement digital transition strategies across departments and business units, • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and drive adoption, • Ensure digital initiatives are integrated with overall business strategy and performance metrics, • Track progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust plans to meet evolving business needs, • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization, • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management and executive leadership.
