By fostering a happy and motivating workplace, we attract top talent and ensure sustainable, long-term partnerships with our clients.Our vision is to become the most trusted global partner in workforce, design, and project management services — never compromising on excellence, integrity, or innovation.CEO Office ExecutiveLocation: IstanbulType: Part-Time (3 days/week) or Full-TimeSchedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (for part-time option)About the RoleWe are looking for a CEO Office Executive to join our dynamic team at LANE PEOPLE & PROJECTS.This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and gain hands-on experience in corporate management, operations, and executive-level communication.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized — capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO’s daily agenda, meetings, and priorities with accuracy and discretion.Support the CEO in finance and accounting-related actions and follow-ups.Plan and coordinate interviews and HR-related meetings as part of the CEO’s HR agenda.Act as the main communication bridge on behalf of the CEO — handling emails, reports, presentations, and communication with external partners or media when needed.Prepare corporate messages, correspondence, and documents in line with the company’s brand and communication standards.Draft meeting notes, speeches, strategy presentations, and management reports in a professional format.Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.QualificationsUniversity student or recent graduate (Business Administration, Engineering, Communication, or related fields preferred).Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and verbal.Strong organizational and time management skills.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.Why Join UsGain direct exposure to executive-level decision-making and strategy.Work in a creative, international, and multidisciplinary environment.Flexible working arrangement: 3 days per week (Mon–Wed–Fri) or full-time, 5 days per week.Application InstructionsTo apply, please email your application to talent@lanepp.com and include your CV
