Key responsibilitiesFinance / BookkeepingRecord daily internal and external transactions in our system Perform daily settlement & bank reconciliation (match GMV, payouts, fees, voucher burn vs cash movement).Maintain supporting docs (invoice/receipt files, proof of transfer, vendor KYC).Prepare weekly finance summaries (GMV, voucher burn, platform fee, merchant payouts, petty cash).Payroll / People OpsExport & clean attendance data; flag anomalies (late, leave, OT).Prepare payroll pre-work: fixed pay, prorate, allowances, BPJS bases, and PPh21 inputs for review in Talenta.Keep employee records tidy (contracts, IDs, bank details) and track joiners/leavers.RecruitingPost roles, screen CVs against must-have criteria, maintain candidate tracker.Schedule interviews, send invites, and manage status updates.Handle ad-hoc ops tasks. RequirementsComfortable with Google Sheets (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic date/time).High attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through.Strong written & verbal Bahasa Indonesia; basic English.Able to work on-site in Jakarta Availability: ImmediateNice to haveBasic knowledge of Accurate, Talenta (or other HRIS), and simple accounting concepts (debit/credit, accruals).Familiar with e-commerce flows (GMV, voucher, settlement, payouts).Experience with recruiting/admin or startup ops.Benefits Real ownership and mentorship from the seasoned cofounders.Stipend + lunch/transport support (discussed in interview).
