Our developments span 50–300 MW, driven by strategic site selection, deep technical standards, and close collaboration with energy providers, municipalities, hyperscalers, and institutional investors.We are now seeking an operational, visionary, and technically strong CEO who will also join as a partner in the company.About the RoleAs CEO & Partner, you will lead the development of RE Datacenters across strategy, operations, technology, business development, and investment execution.You will set the technical and commercial direction of the platform and take projects from early-stage feasibility through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and long-term operations.You will:Lead the expansion of a Nordic AI/HPC-focused datacenter portfolio.Own the technical roadmap, architectural standards, redundancy concepts, power strategy, and cooling solutions.Drive business development — including customer acquisition, partnership building, and strategic relationships across AI, cloud, and high-density compute.Manage investor relations and play a central role in capital raising, structuring, and negotiations with infra funds, institutional capital, and strategic partners.Build and lead a high-performing team across technical, operational, and commercial functions.Develop strong relationships with energy companies, municipalities, grid operators, and hyperscalers.Represent RE Datacenters in discussions with authorities, international clients, and industrial partners.Contribute as partner to long-term strategic decisions, including capital structure, portfolio strategy, and geographic expansion.Who We Are Looking ForA senior leader with deep datacenter expertise, combined with strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving growth and large-scale investments.We value candidates with:Technical & Operational ExpertiseExtensive experience in datacenter design, power engineering, cooling, redundancy, network, and operations.Background in developing or operating large-scale facilities (ideally 50–300 MW or high-density/HPC environments).Business Development & Commercial LeadershipProven ability to build commercial pipelines, form strategic partnerships, and engage hyperscalers, AI clients, and enterprise customers.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to convert relationships into long-term agreements and revenue streams.Investment & Capital Markets ExperienceExperience working with infra funds, institutional investors, or large-scale project financing.Understanding of CAPEX/OPEX optimization, energy markets, PPAs, and investment structures.Ability to lead capital raising efforts and structure investment partnerships.Leadership & NetworkA strong network across datacenters, energy, AI/cloud, infrastructure investors, or industrial partners.An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build an organisation from the ground up.Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).What We OfferPartnership/equity from day one.An opportunity to build one of the leading AI/HPC datacenter platforms in the Nordics.Full influence over technical strategy, investment decisions, commercial expansion, and organisational development.Projects in the range of 50–300 MW, with access to strong investor and partner networks.International exposure and collaboration with leading AI companies, hyperscalers, and energy operators.A fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with significant upside potential.Interested?Apply here on LinkedIn or send us an email on info@re-eqt.com
