Position SummaryThe CEO/GM will be responsible for leading Lesaas’s strategic direction, operational excellence, and market growth. This leader will oversee all aspects of the company’s performance, focusing on scaling SaaS solutions, driving customer experience excellence, and achieving measurable business outcomes through KPIs and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in SaaS companies, a track record in customer experience-focused businesses, and familiarity with the Saudi market. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & GrowthDevelop and execute the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams, especially in the Saudi and GCC markets. Oversee product innovation and market positioning to maintain a competitive edge. Operational ExcellenceEstablish and monitor KPIs across departments to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence. Implement performance measurement systems for tracking growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality SaaS solutions on time and within budget. Customer Experience & Market FocusDrive initiatives to enhance customer experience, retention, and lifetime value. Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Leverage data analytics to continuously improve product performance and customer engagement.
Financial & Business ManagementOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet revenue and profitability goals. Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control. Report performance results to the Board of Directors. Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership roles, preferably as CEO, GM, or similar in SaaS or technology-based companies. Proven track record in scaling SaaS businesses and delivering customer experience solutions. Strong exposure to KPI-driven performance management. Experience in the Saudi or GCC markets is highly preferred. Skills: Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is a mustAbility to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
