Job DescriptionManage and organize the CEO’s schedule, agenda, and meetings, including preparing minutes and following up on action items.Act as the main communication bridge between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders in a professional and effective manner. Handle all correspondence, including letters, phone calls, and emails related to the CEO’s activities.Prepare reports, presentations, and conduct research to support the CEO’s strategic needs. Arrange the CEO’s business travel, including ticketing, accommodation, transportation, and travel documentation.Manage confidential and sensitive documents with a high level of discretion and professionalism.Handle budgeting, expense management, and administrative needs related to the CEO’s office. Ensure all the CEO’s activities are executed efficiently according to priorities and schedules.B. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant for Board of Directors (BOD) or Board of Commissioners (BOC) level.Proficient in foreign languages — English is a must.Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and related digital tools.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Skilled in problem solving and analytical thinking.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
