Certification Specialist

Due to the expansion of our portfolio, we are looking for a new colleague to join our team as:Certification SpecialistYour new responsibilities will be:Creating or updating product documentation (user manuals, technical descriptions, user guides, brochures, etc.).Carring out product certification procedures in accordance with international and local standards.Preparing and organising technical documentation for certification.Coordinating product testing with external laboratories and certification bodies.Maintaining records of certificates and ensures their timely renewal.Supporting product managers in collecting and coordinating information for the preparation of new projects.Supporting product managers in conducting market analyses, performance analyses, and preparing marketing strategies and campaigns.Implementing continuous improvement methods to enhance the productivity of the product management office.Performing other tasks within their area of work as directed by superiors.What competencies are we looking for?Completed at least a level VI/2 degree in social sciences or natural sciences.At least 2 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.A high degree of proactivity and self-initiative, ability to independently seek solutions and propose improvements.Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.Basic understanding of advanced technologies and industrial products.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Knowledge of digital tools; experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage.Reasons to join Iskraemeco?Permanent employment contract with a 6-month probation period.Work and collaboration in a high-tech professional environment with in-house development.Opportunity to work in an international environment, as Iskraemeco is a large global company where you’ll collaborate with colleagues from various locations.A professional onboarding seminar that will introduce you to the organization and the company’s portfolio within the first month.We encourage and support individual career growth, enhancing skills in both professional competencies and soft skills.
