Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Translator, located in Cidade do Kilamba. The Certified Translator will be responsible for translating a variety of documents with accuracy and cultural sensitivity. Daily tasks include ensuring adherence to industry-specific terminology, proofreading and revising translations, and collaborating with clients to maintain consistency and quality. The role also involves research to ensure precise translations and providing input on localization projects where necessary. Qualifications Proficiency in translation techniques and fluency in multiple languagesStrong skills in proofreading, editing, and maintaining accuracy in translated contentExperience in subject-specific translations related to Medicine, Energy, Law, and other listed industriesAbility to conduct in-depth research to ensure accurate use of terminologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaborationCertification as a professional translator and relevant technical expertiseFamiliarity with translation software tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field
