Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for a Frontend Developer to lead the maintenance and development of our website (certifier. io). This is a technical role within the Marketing team that requires close collaboration with designers and content specialists on a daily basis. Your main goal will be to ensure the website's top performance, seamless UI/UX, and optimal SEO results. About CertifierWe are a fast-growing 20-person tech startup based in Kraków 🇵🇱, focused on developing B2B SaaS solutions for digital credential management. We are led by experienced founders and backed by leading EU venture funds.

In just two years, our team has launched our core product and gained over 1000 organizations as paying customers including Guinness World Records, Salesforce, National Geographic, L'Oréal, and many others. Now we're poised for growth and ready to expand our team. What You’ll DoAs a Frontend Developer at Certifier, your work will be divided between two key areas. Around 80% of your time will be dedicated to creating new website pages/ sections/ catalogues, while the remaining 20% will focus on maintaining and optimizing the existing structure (improving performance, fixing issues, and keeping everything up to technical and SEO standards).

Your ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and optimizing website components using Next. js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Strapi CMS. Closely collaborating with content and marketing to maintain and develop the website. Working with designers in Figma to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of responsive, accessible, and visually consistent website pages. . Monitoring and resolving site performance issues. Ensuring efficient deployment pipelines (Vercel) and managing environment resources. Keeping dependencies up to date. Taking proactive optimization actions (checking reports from GSC, Google PageSpeed, Ahrefs). Supporting localization using next-intl. What You'll Need To SucceedExperience and expertise:

1–3 years experience as a Frontend DeveloperProven ability to build and ship websites using Next. js and TypeScript. Experience with CSS, Git / GitHub, CMS, Figma. Understanding of SEO basics (structured data, meta tags, performance metrics). Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work effectively with teams across design, marketing, and content. Skills And CompetenciesA proactive mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to check, fix, or improve. A sharp eye for detail and UX: Not just code that works, but code that looks good. Ownership and reliability: You take responsibility for the website and care about its impact. Communication:

Written and verbal communication in English (B2+ level) to collaborate within an international team.
