As a Business Development Manager, Robotics, you will play a key role in the growth and commercial success of Certis’ robotics business. You will lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities, shaping go-to-market strategies, and closing deals that bring automation and AI-enabled robotics to frontline operations. Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across Singapore and other focus markets.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Certis’ robotics solutions (e. g. , autonomous patrol robots, delivery bots, quadrupeds, humanoids). Lead the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation and prospecting to proposal development, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, government agencies, real estate operators, and technology partners. Clearly and persuasively articulate the value proposition of Certis’ robotics offerings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support strategic expansion into new verticals and geographies through market sizing, competitive analysis, and business case development.

Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, and operations teams to co-create and deliver fit-for-purpose robotic solutions. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, enterprise sales, or commercial strategy within robotics, automation, smart buildings, AI, or related B2B tech domains. Demonstrated success in securing large enterprise or government accounts, ideally in emerging technology or innovation-driven fields. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex sales processes and influence multiple senior stakeholders. Solid technical understanding of robotics platforms, AI systems, or IoT infrastructure and how these solutions create value in operational contexts.

Familiarity with market dynamics in Singapore, China, Australia, and Southeast Asia, with experience operating across cross-cultural environments.
