Product Strategy Analyst - Robotics

As we accelerate this transformation, we’re seeking a Product Strategy Analyst to join our core robotics team. Responsibilities:

Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and strategic opportunities in robotics and automation. Analyse competitor strategies, product offerings, and GTM approaches; develop actionable insights and intelligence briefs for leadership. Evaluate new market opportunities, including TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, entry feasibility, and business model fit. Benchmark Certis’ robotics portfolio against industry leaders to identify gaps, innovation opportunities, and areas for differentiation. Support investment cases and strategic planning through scenario modelling and data-driven recommendations. Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate insights into roadmap priorities and execution plans. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 3–5 years of experience in product strategy, market intelligence, consulting, or corporate strategy—preferably within tech, robotics, or advanced manufacturing sectors. Strong analytical thinker with the ability to synthesise information from diverse sources into clear insights. Skilled in market sizing, competitive analysis, and strategic modelling frameworks. Excellent communicator—adept at transforming complex concepts into simple, compelling narratives. Naturally curious and proactive; thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. Comfortable working across functions and balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
