What You’ll DoLead daily warehouse operations including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, inventory management, and workforce supervision.
Ensure on-time, accurate, and safe movement of goods while meeting or exceeding service levels and productivity goals. Manage warehouse staffing needs—create and adjust daily schedules to match operational demand and maintain optimal labor efficiency. Uphold warehouse safety and compliance standards by enforcing proper procedures, training employees, and conducting regular inspections. Optimize operational performance by identifying process improvements, reducing costs, and implementing best practices in warehouse logistics. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained. Oversee administrative tasks such as inventory documentation, shipping/receiving records, and compliance reporting.
Develop, train, and mentor warehouse staff, promoting growth, accountability, and a strong team culture. What We're Looking ForEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory processes, and shipping/receiving operations. Bilingual (preferred) Certifications & LicensesValid state-issued driver’s license. Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). Additional logistics or safety certifications are a plus. Technical & Leadership SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and meet KPIs. Solid understanding of warehouse safety regulations, OSHA standards, SOX (with quarterly reporting) and compliance requirements. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
