comIn this critical role, you will lead and coordinate upstream supply chain activities including but not limited to the following;Order Planning & Preparation路 Plan and prepare all required orders for customer repairs, stock replenishment across all brands, and local purchases. 路 Ensure accurate quantities are ordered, including urgent, weekly, and stock orders. 路 Maintain stock levels for ICC categories A, B, and C, avoiding duplicate orders when alternatives are available. 路 Optimize orders to minimize costs and lead times. 路 Create and submit orders in line with company processes using tools such as INCADEA, DDESK, Customer Portal, and manufacturer e-portals.

路 Propose updates to IT tool parameters to reflect accurate lead times and packaging units. 路 Submit orders for approval to the Supply Chain Manager and ensure successful EDI transmission to manufacturers. Order Monitoring & Upstream Coordination路 Track each order part-by-part to ensure timely processing and shipping by manufacturers. 路 Obtain and analyze backorder reports, update ETAs in INCADEA, and communicate changes to service/parts advisors. 路 Prepare WIP reports and lead weekly follow-ups on customer orders for workshops and front counters. 路 Coordinate follow-up meetings with AMS and CAPSTONE. 路 Analyze manufacturer service rates, lead times, and air/sea shipping ratios (target: 80% sea).

路 Recommend and implement improvement actions based on data analysis. Internal Process Management路 Ensure all documentation for order placement is complete and compliant with internal procedures. 路 Confirm that all ordered items are invoiced to customers. 路 Archive all orders systematically. 路 Collaborate with the Downstream Team Lead to prepare and submit monthly KPI reports by the 10th. 路 Communicate order statuses to all stakeholders and verify order progress two weeks post-EDI submission. 路 Perform any other related duties as assigned.

* Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. * Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution of order processes and stock management. * Demonstrated experience in analyzing performance metrics, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. * Strong background in using warehouse and inventory management systems, including INCADEA, DDESK, and manufacturer portals. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis), with the ability to generate and interpret reports for decision-making.

* Excellent communication and people skills, with a record of effectively liaising between departments and external partners. * Ability to train, mentor, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. * Committed to policy compliance, operational excellence, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient order and stock management.
