CFI is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Product Manager – Internal Systems to lead the development and optimization of internal platforms and workflows. This includes back-office systems, approval flows, KYC and onboarding automation, and CRM/HubSpot integrations. In this role, you will work closely with operations, compliance, data, and engineering teams to ensure that internal tools are robust, efficient, and aligned with the company's operational goals. You will play a key part in transforming manual processes into scalable automated systems that improve internal efficiency and client lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for internal tools and systems – from ideation and requirements gathering to implementation and continuous improvement. Own and evolve the product roadmap for internal platforms, including back office, KYC, onboarding, approval flows, and CRM/HubSpot integrations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, compliance, finance, support) to understand workflows and define automation opportunities and system improvements. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that reduce manual overhead, enhance accuracy, and streamline operational performance. Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and process diagrams.

Drive initiatives related to automation, data integration, permission controls, and reporting dashboards that support decision-making and compliance. Optimize user experience for internal users (e. g. , agents, operations, compliance officers) and ensure tools are intuitive and efficient. Ensure product changes meet regulatory requirements and are aligned with security and privacy standards. Support testing, rollout, training, and change management for new feature releases across internal departments. Monitor product performance through feedback loops and KPIs, using data to inform enhancements and refinements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or operational product ownership, ideally within fintech or financial services. Solid understanding of internal operational systems such as back office platforms, CRMs (especially HubSpot), and KYC/onboarding technologies. Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, operations, and support. Familiarity with automation tools and process optimization approaches. Proficiency with product management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence, Miro) and data/analytics tools (e. g. , Power BI, Looker). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities, especially in translating operational requirements into technical specifications.
