About the CompanyOur Client is a consumer group and seeking for an CFO to pre for IPO.About the RoleThe CFO will be responsible for creating and presenting financial strategy recommendations to the board , supporting financial planning and analysis efforts, overseeing cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits and will lead the IPO of the group.ResponsibilitiesCreate and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEOSupport the financial planning and analysis effortsOversee all aspects of the IPO process, including audit, compliance, due diligence, and prospectus preparation.Liaise effectively with investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and regulators.Ensure corporate governance and financial reporting standards meet global best practices.Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key financial partners.Lead fundraising activities including private placements and pre-IPO rounds.Communicate the company's financial and scientific vision effectively to the global investment community. QualificationsMinimum 10-15 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or big four accounting firmProven success in leading or playing a key role in a Hong Kong IPO (HKEX) or USA Nasdaq IPOStrong background in consumer, FMCG industry with manufacturing businessDeep understanding of capital markets, fundraising, M&A, and investor relationsStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilityBilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.Experience in working in APAC regions will be a plus Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary starting at $350,000 USD plus stock option.Please feel free to send CV to monica_gong@btiexecutivesearch.com to apply.
