This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional with strong technical expertise and a hands-on approach to shape the financial backbone of a fast-growing organisation.Key Responsibilities:Rebuild, lead, and scale the Finance department to support the firm’s growth agendaOversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash management, and controlsDevelop robust financial processes, systems, and discipline across the organisationPartner closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making and capital allocationSupport fundraising, banking relationships, investor reporting, and financial planningEnsure high-quality financial governance, risk management, and complianceKey Requirements:Strong technical understanding of finance, accounting, and financial operationsSolid background in investment banking and/or corporate bankingQuick to learn, with the ability to operate independently and make decisions in a dynamic environmentReadiness to work in a startup or high-growth setting, with a hands-on and pragmatic mindsetExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsPrior experience in building or transforming finance teams is a strong advantage
