This position is focused on client growth, education, and maximizing the value for participating employers and their employees.QualificationsProficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and FinanceStrong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesExperience with Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and partnership buildingAbility to work autonomously in a remote environmentBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in payroll strategies or tax-compliance programs is a plus
