🚛 We're Hiring: Transport Operations Manager – Civils 📍 Perth, WA | 💰 Up to $200K + Super | 🏗️ Growing Civil Projects BusinessThis role is with a rapidly expanding civils and logistics business based in Perth, WA — and we’re looking for a Transport Operations Manager to take the reins of our fleet operations and help drive our next phase of growth. This isn’t your average desk job — we’re after someone who thrives on making things happen, keeps the wheels turning (literally), and isn’t afraid to get stuck in when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing✅ Managing a fleet of 25 trucks (side tippers, end tippers, floats, and more) ✅ Overseeing day-to-day transport ops, scheduling and dispatch ✅ Driving compliance (HVA, CoR, NHVR, Fatigue Management) ✅ Working closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure vehicle maintenance and uptime ✅ Reporting directly to the MD — you’ll know (and show) how the business is performing ✅ Developing new business and helping win work across WA ✅ Leading a team, solving problems, and creating smart systems as we growWhat You’ll Need🔧 Strong background in transport/logistics within heavy haulage or civils 📊 Sharp operational mind with commercial insight 🛠️ Knowledge of heavy vehicles, transport law, and compliance (NHVR, CoR etc) 📣 Confident communicator who can lead from the front 🧩 Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentWhat’s On Offer💰 Salary up to $200,000 + Super 🏢 Perth-based leadership role with flexibility 🌱 Real impact and influence in a growing, down-to-earth business 🚀 Variety of projects – from large-scale infrastructure to smaller works 👷 Hands-on, no-nonsense team that gets stuff doneThis is a great opportunity for a driven, experienced operator who wants to step up, lead, and shape something solid.
