This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in logistics who’s ready to step into a high-impact leadership role. What you’ll be doing:
Managing daily warehouse and despatch operations across safety, stock, cost, and team leadershipLeading the rollout of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS)Overseeing freight, transport, and national stock rotation (FIFO)Driving operational efficiency and delivery KPIsMentoring and supporting a hands-on warehouse team What you’ll bring: 5+ years in warehouse/logistics leadership, ideally in a just-in-time or retail/FMCG environmentExperience implementing or improving WMS systemsStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage costs, schedules, and stock performanceRelevant qualifications (logistics, warehousing, or supply chain) are a bonus If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
