Position DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of a Billing and CRM system for an Energy sector company. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, assess system functionality, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the technology aligns with business goals. Your future responsibilities: Analyzing and translating business requirements into functional specifications. Conducting workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements. Documenting business processes, workflows, and data flows. Defining system integration needs, including APIs and data exchange. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensuring solutions align with requirements, business objectives and delivering expected value. Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Energy or a related field. Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Experience with databases (SQL, MYSQL,Oracle), APIs, and system integrations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Estonian and English (both written and spoken). Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other SW development methodologies. Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence. Bonus: Experience or knowledge of Dynamics CRM 2013/ Dynamics 365. Bonus:
