2800-4000 Euro/month (gross)Your future duties and responsibilities Work with the product owner and business stakeholders to understand and document requirements Turn business needs into clear technical tasks and process improvements Analyze data to spot trends, issues, and opportunities Break down features into detailed Jira user stories Test new features to make sure they meet expectations Lead workshops and meetings to keep everyone aligned Ensure data quality and follow compliance standardsRequired Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field 4+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Oracle SQL, Jira/Confluence and project management software Excellent English and Latvian communication skills Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus Familiarity with financial services or process automation projects is a strong advantageTogether, as owners, let’s turn meaningful insights into action.
