We are launching a separate, stealth-mode startup set to redefine engagement in the memecoin and token launch space.To lead this charge in the Russian and CIS markets, we are hiring a foundational Chief Growth Officer (CGO). This is a role for a true pioneer—someone who doesn’t just execute marketing plans but owns the growth trajectory from day one.If you have a proven network and a track record of creating viral waves without a massive budget, read on.💡 What You'll DoAs the CGO, you will be the architect of our user acquisition and community growth strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:Develop and Execute Go-To-Market Strategy: Craft and lead a hyper-localized marketing and growth plan for the Russian and CIS regions.Drive Viral User Acquisition: Build and execute campaigns aimed at achieving 10,000+ Daily Active Users within six weeks of our public launch.Lead Strategic Barter Partnerships: This is core to the role. You will be expected to leverage your network to secure high-impact collaborations, not with cash, but through innovative barter and in-kind deals.Build and Mobilize Communities: Manage and expand our presence on key platforms like Telegram, Discord, and X, fostering highly engaged and authentic communities.Analyze and Optimize: Use market data and campaign metrics to make data-driven decisions that optimize marketing ROI and user growth.🎯 Who You Are (Must-Have Requirements)We are looking for a resourceful and connected growth hacker. Your application will only be considered if you can demonstrably prove the following:Non-Negotiable KOL Network: You have a direct, personal roster of 50-100 crypto influencers and KOLs in the region, each with a minimum of 50k genuine followers. You have a proven system for engaging them not for cash, but through barter, mutual benefit, and equity-only deals.Proven Pre-Launch Growth Record: You have a verifiable track record of driving viral, pre-launch growth for Web3 projects. You have previously built communities of 30k-50k+ highly engaged followers in a matter of weeks.Deep Regional Expertise: At least 5 years of marketing experience in the crypto, fintech, or tech industry, with a deep understanding of the CIS crypto community and its ecosystem.Strategic and Hands-On: You are a strategic thinker but are equally willing to get your hands dirty.
