The RoleThey are seeking an experienced Natural Gas Trader to join our expanding commercial team.

This individual will play a key role in optimizing the company’s physical and proprietary positions across European gas markets. The ideal candidate brings a blend of asset-backed trading expertise and proprietary trading acumen, with a keen understanding of cross-border flows, storage optimization, and market dynamics. ResponsibilitiesTrade natural gas across European markets, managing both physical and proprietary positions. Optimize flows and storage assets across hubs, leveraging transport contracts and infrastructure. Identify and execute profitable trading opportunities in line with market fundamentals and risk appetite. Work closely with portfolio managers, originators, and analysts to ensure alignment of strategy and risk.

Support the development of structured products and tailored trading solutions for clients or counterparties. Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and pricing signals to inform trading decisions. Contribute to P&L growth while adhering to internal risk limits and compliance standards. RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in natural gas trading (physical and/or proprietary). Solid understanding of European gas markets, hubs (e. g. , TTF, NCG, PSV), and cross-border dynamics. Experience with asset-backed trading, including storage and transport optimization, is a strong plus. Proven track record of P&L contribution or value-added portfolio support. Strong analytical skills and a commercially driven mindset.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across trading, risk, and operations teams. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
