Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Brand Manager to support CHAGEE’s international expansion in SEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing brand marketing strategies across all offline channels and fostering the sharing of best practices across markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for brand marketing, market development and cross-functional collaboration. Role ResponsibilitiesPlay a pivotal role in crafting brand marketing strategy & plans across all offline marketing channels including partnership, communities, ATL, BTL and stores to drive brand growth and market shareLead & manage store launch projects across the market.
Ensure that marketing campaigns and initiatives maintain brand integrityMonitor offline marketing performance and provide actionable insights to optimise initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain) to drive cohesive brand marketing strategiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred3+ years of managerial experience in brand marketing preferably within premium F&B, consumer goods or retail industriesProven track record of driving brand growthStrong understanding of the local market’s market dynamics and consumer behaviourExcellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English is required
