Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chairperson of the Board, located in Dubai. The Chairperson will be responsible for providing strategic direction, facilitating effective governance, and defining organizational objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading board meetings, ensuring alignment with company goals, and representing AcquX to stakeholders and key partners. The role also involves collaborating with executive management to oversee business operations and ensure accountability. Qualifications Strategic Leadership and Governance: Proven expertise in leading boards and setting organizational vision, with experience in corporate governance and public relations.Business Acumen and Decision-Making: Strong skills in financial oversight, business development, and market trend analysis.Communication and Team Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, AI technologies, or marketing strategies is highly desirable.Additional Qualifications: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; prior board-level experience in a leadership capacity.
