Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Yangon. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include market research, creating and implementing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies. The role also involves maintaining a comprehensive understanding of Chan Laun Aung's smart electric fence solutions and their benefits to various sectors.

Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related fieldsStrong understanding of market research, strategic planning, and executionExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsFamiliarity with security systems, particularly electric fences, is a plusFluency in English and Burmese; other languages are an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the security industry is desirable
