Role: Release and Change ManagerLocation: Zurich, Switzerland (Hybrid - 3days onsite)Permanent Full time EmploymentJob Description:· Own the release lifecycle incl. scheduling, coordination, execution, and burn-in support across the change portfolio. Releases cover changes to applications, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware and network upgrades· Enable beneficial changes with minimum disruption to IT services· Manage the end-to-end change process, authorizing and documenting all changes across the lifecycle to IT infrastructure and its components· Facilitate service transition and service operation, driving strategic, tactical, operational, and emergency changes· Collaborate closely with the engineering teams, IT Operations, and managementAdditional Job Description:· Independent, efficient, proactive and meticulous ways of working· A high focus on quality management, operational resilience, and risk management· Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills· Proven project management skills, including negotiation, planning, and activity management· Very good knowledge of the IT Change Management area, including knowhow in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT process methodologies· Good knowledge of methods and new ways of working (Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration, etc.)· Relevant higher education and professional backgroundKnowledge and Experience in:· Agile Methodology· Process Improvements· Team Management· Release Management· Project Coordination· Quality Assurance (QA)· Security Patch Management· ITIL Methodologies· Continuous Integrations· DevOpsLanguage:· English (must to have)· German (good to have)
