ContextWe are seeking a proactive and organized Change & Training Officer to join our Private Banking Office team within the Private Banking department of Degroof Petercam, part of the Advisory, Financing & Coverage business pillar of Indosuez Wealth Management.As a Change & Training Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of change and training initiatives across Private Banking. You will contribute to the successful adoption of new tools, processes, and behaviors by coordinating communication, training logistics, and stakeholder engagement. You will also help track and resolve issues to improve employee experience and service delivery. This requires strong transversal collaboration and coordination across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in change initiatives.Your positionYou Are a Structured And Proactive Professional With a Passion For Change, Have a Strong Sense Of Ownership And Attention To Detail. In This Position You Support the implementation of change initiatives, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement and adoption tracking. Contribute to a holistic view of change across Private Banking by ensuring consistency between transformation projects, communication efforts, and training programs. Co-design, coordinate and execute the Private Banking communication plan covering various communication channels and ranging from operational to strategic communications. Co-design and coordinate the Private Banking training plan covering hard- and soft skills trainings based on identified training needs next to mandatory regulatory trainings and the new-joiners training program. Assure Private Banking staff can easily retrieve required information to accompany them throughout changes and perform on a day-to-day basis. Contribute to documentation of changes through user guides, quick reference cards, … and collect feedback from key users to adapt documentation and escalate issues. Contribute to culture and engagement efforts by organizing workshops, success story campaigns, and communication around PB mission, vision, and values. Assist in preparing materials and follow-up for the Employee Satisfaction Survey. Surface recurring issues within the organization and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Identify and map recurring employee and client irritants related to change, and support the development of targeted action plans to improve adoption and experience.You will be based primarily at the Head Office in Brussels, while maintaining a presence in our 15 local offices to stay close to the business. You report directly to the Head of Private Banking Office and collaborate closely with the Senior Change & Training Manager.Your profile Master’s degree in a relevant field. At least 3 years’ experience in change, training, or project coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills, Ability to work transversally and build trust across diverse teams and functions. Being able to engage, mobilize and build trust. Proactive, eager to learn, organized and self-motivated. Can work independently and collaboratively as well as in a team environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy, team-oriented environment. Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure. Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, CoPilot, …). Fluent in English, French & Dutch. Certification in Change Management (ADKAR methodology or other) is a plus. Good knowledge of the banking sector and in particular of the private banking is a plus.
