Role: Change Director – Leading UK BankLocation: London / HybridSalary: £150k+Start: ASAPOverviewA major UK banking Client is seeking an experienced Change Director to lead enterprise-wide transformation and embed new ways of working across the organisation.This senior role sits at the heart of the bank’s strategic change function, responsible for turning strategic intent into measurable delivery outcomes. The successful candidate will drive large-scale business and technology transformation, strengthen organisational agility, and establish a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver an enterprise transformation framework that connects strategy to execution and enables sustainable change.Implement Agile principles at enterprise scale, ensuring teams and leaders adopt new delivery practices that improve speed, collaboration and customer outcomes.Lead a portfolio of cross-functional change initiativesBuild organisational change maturity through tools, coaching, and leadership development.Partner with executives across strategy, operations, and technology to ensure transformation efforts are aligned and value-driven.Act as a visible leader of cultural change, fostering collaboration and engagement across all levels.Ensure all transformation activities and delivery frameworks operate within relevant banking regulatory, compliance, and governance standards, maintaining transparency and control across all programmes.Key SkillsProven track record operating at a Director level leading large-scale business and technology transformations in banking or financial services.Deep experience embedding Agile at scale and driving adoption across multiple functions or business units.Strong knowledge of change frameworks, portfolio management and benefits realisation.Skilled in developing internal change capability and leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments and fostering Continuous Improvement Commercially astute with experience managing significant budgets and transformation portfolios.Recognised programme or change management qualifications (e.g. MSP, AgilePM, SAFe, or equivalent).Please apply to arrange an initial discussion.We are interested in hearing from individuals who have worked for small Financial Institutions as well as established organisations.
